Recurso de súplica.

Las demandas de inconstitucionalidad de la referencia fueron incoadas contra el Decreto 1408 de 2021, por el cual se imparten instrucciones en virtud de la emergencia sanitaria generada por la pandemia del Coronavirus COVID-19 y el mantenimiento del orden público.

Las mismas fuero fueron rechazadas por falta de competencia de la Corporación.

Al analizar el recurso impetrado encontró la Sala Plena que se formuló de manera extemporánea y por eso procedió a RECHAZARLO

  1. PRIMERO. RECHAZAR POR EXTEMPORÁNEO el recurso de súplica interpuesto por José Jesús Jiménez Barahona contra el Auto dictado el 13 de diciembre de 2021 por la magistrada Gloria Stella Ortiz Delgado, mediante el cual rechazó las demandas de inconstitucionalidad incoadas contra el Decreto 1408 de 2021, "por el cual se imparten instrucciones en virtud de la emergencia sanitaria generada por la pandemia del Coronavirus COVID-19 y el mantenimiento del orden público".
  2. SEGUNDO. Por intermedio de la Secretaría General, COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decisión a los demandantes y advertir que contra ella no procede recurso alguno.
  3. Una vez quede ejecutoriado el presente auto, ARCHÍVESE el expediente.
